Discord
The fastest way to get help or report a bug is our Discord server. The community and the developer are both there.
Feedback and ideas
Teyvat GPS grows with its community. Since launch, many of the changes have started as messages from players on Discord and Reddit, from small fixes to whole new features, and that is still how most new ideas reach the map.
If something would make the map more useful for you, or there is a game you would like to see supported next, come and tell us on Discord, where ideas get talked through in the open with other players, or write to contact@teyvatgps.com.
Reporting a bug
A good report gets fixed much faster. Please include:
- your browser and its version
- your screen or game window resolution
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen
- a screenshot of the crop preview in the bottom-right corner if the problem is with tracking
Deleting your account and data
If you signed in with Google and want your account and collected progress removed, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete it within 30 days. If you never signed in, nothing about you is stored on our servers. Your settings live only in your own browser.
